<lb n="0169b09" ed="T"/>中念爲其正，又此念中能所詮正，又於此中
<lb n="0169b10" ed="T"/>能詮爲正。唯此最上無法過此。世若<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0169007" n="0169007"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0169007" n="0169007"/><anchor xml:id="beg0169007" n="0169007"/>無<anchor xml:id="end0169007"/>此，業
<lb n="0169b11" ed="T"/>云何作？由此能詮，若愛若恚從此而生。如一
<lb n="0169b12" ed="T"/>切姓婆羅門上，今此言詮亦復如是。</p>
<lb n="0169b13" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0169b1301">此理不然。所以者何？彼婆羅門何姓何命？復
<lb n="0169b14" ed="T"/>云何知？行業云何？如何得此婆羅門名？又此
<lb n="0169b15" ed="T"/>圍陀，云何稱正？帝釋元因，云何傍生？傍生云
<lb n="0169b16" ed="T"/>何生於月天、日天元因，復生傍生風天、火
<lb n="0169b17" ed="T"/>天、水天元因，展轉往來？云何如是？</p>
<lb n="0169b18" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0169b1801">又彼妄執，天中死已復生天中，人中死已復
<lb n="0169b19" ed="T"/>生人中，傍生亦然。四圍陀內作此說者，皆非
<lb n="0169b20" ed="T"/>正理。此命是何？何因名命？婆羅門等亦復如
<lb n="0169b21" ed="T"/>是。</p>
<lb n="0169b22" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0169b2201">又汝外道婆羅門言：正典所說，婆囉帝山產

<lb n="0169b25" ed="T"/>乞曬<note place="inline">二合，此云福地</note>，從彼死已生在婆羅門中，解四圍
<lb n="0169b26" ed="T"/>論。</p>
<lb n="0169b27" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0169b2701">此等禽獸鹿鵝鴛鴦出生人中，彼獸之命，是
<lb n="0169b28" ed="T"/>婆羅門、非婆羅門？所以者何？彼命若是，而非
<lb n="0169b29" ed="T"/>禽獸；彼命若非，彼生婆羅。此言非理。</p>

<lb n="0169c01" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0169c0101">婆羅門執，四圍陀論是萬法本，亦號眞如，非
<lb n="0169c02" ed="T"/>於餘姓而許受食。</p>
<lb n="0169c03" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0169c0301">於首陀處數數受利，正違自宗，何名淨行？由
<lb n="0169c04" ed="T"/>此亦非眞婆羅門。</p>
<lb n="0169c05" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0169c0501">又四圍陀婆羅門法，妄執正命及於正法婆
<lb n="0169c06" ed="T"/>羅門種。亦復非理。云何正法？種姓間雜何名
<lb n="0169c07" ed="T"/>最上？所以者何？非最間雜，其事云何？</p>
<lb n="0169c08" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0169c0801">且如父名那<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0169012" n="0169012"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0169012" n="0169012"/><anchor xml:id="beg0169012" n="0169012"/>洛<anchor xml:id="end0169012"/>乞叉，其子乃名兵誐羅仙。又

<lb n="0169c16" ed="T"/>又如父名捺囉<note place="inline">二合</note><g ref="#CB00805">𤚥</g>，子名<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0169020" n="0169020"/>仙覺。又如母名野
<lb n="0169c17" ed="T"/>鹿採魚人生，其子乃名<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0169021" n="0169021"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0169021" n="0169021"/>嚩野<note place="inline">二合</note>僧子覺乞曬
<lb n="0169c18" ed="T"/><note place="inline">二合引</note>。父首陀姓，其子乃名<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0169022" n="0169022"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0169022" n="0169022"/>尾濕<note place="inline">二合</note>彌怛覽<note place="inline">二合</note>。
<lb n="0169c19" ed="T"/>母是<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0169023" n="0169023"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0169023" n="0169023"/>氈陀羅，子名<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0169024" n="0169024"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0169024" n="0169024"/>嚩瑟姹<note place="inline">二合</note>。母名<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0169025" n="0169025"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0169025" n="0169025"/>烏哩
<lb n="0169c20" ed="T"/>嚩<note place="inline">二合</note>尸，天所生女，非婆羅門。如上所說，何因
<lb n="0169c21" ed="T"/>固執言婆羅門人間最上？又如<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0169026" n="0169026"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0169026" n="0169026"/><anchor xml:id="beg0169026" n="0169026"/>所<anchor xml:id="end0169026"/>執<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0169027" n="0169027"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0169027" n="0169027"/>戌嚕
<lb n="0169c22" ed="T"/><note place="inline">二合</note>底經正亦非理，是故所有婆羅門法道理
<lb n="0169c23" ed="T"/>亦非。</p>
<lb n="0169c24" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0169c2401">又如所執婆羅門法，新肉紫礦及鹽等物，
<lb n="0169c25" ed="T"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0169028" n="0169028"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0169028" n="0169028"/>戌陀應受，汝婆羅門勿宜受之。今何不爾？</p>
<lb n="0169c26" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0169c2601">又如彼計，乳賣婆羅門行虛空，墮落非婆羅
<lb n="0169c27" ed="T"/>門。食肉墮空，非理亦爾。是故應知，買賣乳肉
<lb n="0169c28" ed="T"/>婆羅門，非戌陀之法。由此當知，一切非食肉
<lb n="0169c29" ed="T"/>乳等人及非買賣，皆總得名婆羅門<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0169029" n="0169029"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0169029" n="0169029"/><anchor xml:id="beg0169029" n="0169029"/>邪<anchor xml:id="end0169029"/>。是故

<lb n="0170a01" ed="T"/>應知，乳肉計賣非婆羅門，妄執非法。</p>
<lb n="0170a02" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170a0201">又世間姓妄執最上，亦非正法。如刹帝利，毘
<lb n="0170a03" ed="T"/>舍，戌達各執最上，應皆總名婆羅門姓。</p>
<lb n="0170a04" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170a0401">又執苦身名婆羅門，諸有苦身，一切總應名
<lb n="0170a05" ed="T"/>婆羅門。</p>
<lb n="0170a06" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170a0601">又彼妄執殺婆羅門而獲罪重，害彼眷屬獲
<lb n="0170a07" ed="T"/>罪亦爾。復執彼從淨天口生，刹帝利姓彼天
<lb n="0170a08" ed="T"/>身上，毘舍首陀身足而生。若殺於彼，故獲重
<lb n="0170a09" ed="T"/>罪。</p>
<lb n="0170a10" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170a1001">彼執非理。所以者何？應殺餘姓，其罪非有，害
<lb n="0170a11" ed="T"/>餘眷屬非有亦然。由是妄執，不契正理。</p>
<lb n="0170a12" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170a1201">又彼所執，破壞彼行、破壞檀行，及彼受施，若
<lb n="0170a13" ed="T"/>智若身皆獲重罪。</p>
<lb n="0170a14" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170a1401">此不應然。所以者何？身智之中何者得名號
<lb n="0170a15" ed="T"/>婆羅門？應首陀等皆有身智，悉應得名婆羅
<lb n="0170a16" ed="T"/>門邪。</p>
<lb n="0170a17" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170a1701">又彼妄執，解四圍陀及<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0170001" n="0170001"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0170001" n="0170001"/>彌<g ref="#CB00805">𤚥</g>婆，幷<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0170002" n="0170002"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0170002" n="0170002"/>僧佉論
<lb n="0170a18" ed="T"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0170003" n="0170003"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0170003" n="0170003"/>尾世史迦，乃至諸論皆悉了達，名婆羅門。</p>
<lb n="0170a19" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170a1901">此理亦非，如首陀等亦解彼論、曉了彼義，應
<lb n="0170a20" ed="T"/>皆得名婆羅門邪？</p>
<lb n="0170a21" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170a2101">若修苦行名婆羅門，彼首陀等亦能行之，應
<lb n="0170a22" ed="T"/>亦得名婆羅門邪？</p>
<lb n="0170a23" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170a2301">解諸術數名婆羅門，彼採魚人及諸樂人，了
<lb n="0170a24" ed="T"/>解術數種種差別，亦可得名婆羅門邪？</p>
<lb n="0170a25" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170a2501">是故應知，行非婆羅門、業非婆羅門、檀行受
<lb n="0170a26" ed="T"/>者非婆羅門。</p>
<lb n="0170a27" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170a2701">彼刹帝利、毘舍、首陀亦能行之，應皆得名婆
<lb n="0170a28" ed="T"/>羅門邪？是故應知，非族、非業、非行、非生，乃至
<lb n="0170a29" ed="T"/>於德名婆羅門。</p>

<lb n="0170b01" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170b0101">彼因何立日如<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0170004" n="0170004"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0170004" n="0170004"/>軍那花？亦似白月，離一切染、
<lb n="0170b02" ed="T"/>善修勝行，威儀無缺、戒行具足，善伏諸根，除
<lb n="0170b03" ed="T"/>斷煩惱，無我無人、離諸執著，及貪瞋癡悉皆
<lb n="0170b04" ed="T"/>遠離，如是乃名眞婆羅門。</p>
<lb n="0170b05" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170b0501">又離愛染乃至畜生，不生貪著，修淸淨行，名
<lb n="0170b06" ed="T"/>婆羅門。</p>
<lb n="0170b07" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170b0701">是故得知此速骨嚕<note place="inline">二合</note>大仙所說，此婆羅門
<lb n="0170b08" ed="T"/>非姓非業、非德非行、亦非工巧。如旃陀羅，善
<lb n="0170b09" ed="T"/>四圍陀、工巧藝能德行具足，應可得名婆羅
<lb n="0170b10" ed="T"/>門邪？是故應知，非命、非姓、非智、非身，亦非業
<lb n="0170b11" ed="T"/>行，名婆羅門。</p>
<lb n="0170b12" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170b1201">又如首陀，苦行修學解四圍陀，獲五通仙。汝
<lb n="0170b13" ed="T"/>婆羅門云何奉事此下種姓？又彼仙道四姓
<lb n="0170b14" ed="T"/>皆得，云何餘姓名非最上？</p>
<lb n="0170b15" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170b1501">又如帝釋，往修善業得生彼天，本下種姓。彼
<lb n="0170b16" ed="T"/>經正文作如是說：此婆伽<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0170005" n="0170005"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0170005" n="0170005"/><anchor xml:id="beg0170005" n="0170005"/>晚<anchor xml:id="end0170005"/>及於帝釋，彼下
<lb n="0170b17" ed="T"/>種姓。如是徵詰，一准於前。又彼所說，大自
<lb n="0170b18" ed="T"/>在天及於天后口中，生彼帝釋諸天及器世
<lb n="0170b19" ed="T"/>間，非從世間生大自在及生天后。本能生末、
<lb n="0170b20" ed="T"/>非末生本，是故此言違彼正說。本下種姓，云
<lb n="0170b21" ed="T"/>何妄執從彼而生？故知非理。又如首陀命終
<lb n="0170b22" ed="T"/>生彼大自在天，汝婆羅門云何奉事彼下種
<lb n="0170b23" ed="T"/>姓？</p>
<lb n="0170b24" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170b2401">又如汝說婆羅門法，服氣餌藥、苦行絕食名
<lb n="0170b25" ed="T"/>婆羅門。</p>
<lb n="0170b26" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170b2601">彼首陀等亦能行之，此應得名婆羅門邪？</p>
<lb n="0170b27" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170b2701">又彼所執，於首陀處手中受食經於一月，現
<lb n="0170b28" ed="T"/>身變爲首陀之身，後報生中決定作狗。</p>
<lb n="0170b29" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170b2901">又婆羅門娶首陀女以爲其妻，父母家神皆
<pb n="0170c" ed="T" xml:id="T32.1642.0170c"/>
<lb n="0170c01" ed="T"/>悉遠離，死入地獄。</p>
<lb n="0170c02" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170c0201">此執非理，婆羅門姓與彼首陀有何差別？</p>
<lb n="0170c03" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170c0301">如<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0170006" n="0170006"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0170006" n="0170006"/>迦癡那大仙，從於鹿胎而生，苦行修學乃
<lb n="0170c04" ed="T"/>證仙道。此仙豈可從婆羅門而乃生邪？</p>

<lb n="0170c15" ed="T"/>調伏諸根、不執我人、勤修梵行、遠離染欲、永

<lb n="0170c17" ed="T"/>而生。如何妄執婆羅門姓世間最上、戒行淸
<lb n="0170c18" ed="T"/>潔、族姓無雜，以此妄執非最爲最。是故當知
<lb n="0170c19" ed="T"/>彼婆羅門，非姓非命、非族非行、非業非生名

<lb n="0171a05" ed="T"/>素儉食名婆羅門。餘戌陀等亦能行之，應此
<lb n="0171a06" ed="T"/>總名婆羅門邪？又執四姓皆從梵生，如何父
<lb n="0171a07" ed="T"/>一，子姓乃別？應可首陀乃至餘族，一父所生
<lb n="0171a08" ed="T"/>子姓應殊。此旣不爾，彼云何然？</p>
<lb n="0171a09" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0171a0901">又婆羅門從一梵天口中而生，姊妹兄弟自
<lb n="0171a10" ed="T"/>相交契，世所呵厭。汝能行之，云何淸淨？是
<lb n="0171a11" ed="T"/>故妄執非淨稱淨。如一父母而生四子，非可
<lb n="0171a12" ed="T"/>別姓，如何妄執，此婆羅門、此刹帝利、此是
<lb n="0171a13" ed="T"/>毘舍、此是首陀。云何一父子姓各別？是故四

<lb n="0171a18" ed="T"/>同。汝今四姓，道理亦然。若婆羅門、若刹帝利
<lb n="0171a19" ed="T"/>乃至首陀，皆從一父之所生故，云何妄執四

<lb n="0171b12" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0171b1201">仙人復吿喩地瑟恥<note place="inline">二合</note>囉言：此四姓別，皆由
<lb n="0171b13" ed="T"/>過去宿業因緣。猶如世間胎生有情，一切皆

<lb n="0171c06" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0171c0601">譬如四姓同遊聖境，所有蹤跡不可分別此
<lb n="0171c07" ed="T"/>人之蹤非彼人跡。一姓四姓亦復如是，由假
<lb n="0171c08" ed="T"/>施設本無差別。</p>
<lb n="0171c09" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0171c0901">又如世間牛馬等形，相狀雖異，男女二根同
<lb n="0171c10" ed="T"/>類不殊。彼婆羅門與刹帝利、毘舍、首陀，一姓
<lb n="0171c11" ed="T"/>四姓相望亦然。</p>
<lb n="0171c12" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0171c1201">又如一人血肉屎尿手足諸根，與衆多人所
<lb n="0171c13" ed="T"/>有血肉同類亦然。</p>
<lb n="0171c14" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0171c1401">又如蓮花、刹怛哩花，月螺光色可分差別。於
<lb n="0171c15" ed="T"/>餘四姓色相無異，如何差別？又如牛馬乃至
<lb n="0171c16" ed="T"/>象鹿行於染欲，而非交契可分差別。今婆羅
<lb n="0171c17" ed="T"/>門與刹帝利、毘舍、首陀互相交契而行染欲，
<lb n="0171c18" ed="T"/>皆同胎生，有何差別？</p>
<lb n="0171c19" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0171c1901">又如婆羅門所生之女，對餘婆羅門同姓姊
